RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

(Applicable only to online purchases)

We offer returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

• Customers may request a refund or exchange within 14 days from the date of purchase, provided they present proof of purchase or their order number.

• Items must be returned in their original condition: unwashed, unaltered, spotless, and with all tags intact.

• Size exchanges are accepted as long as the requested size is available in stock.

• Once your request is submitted, it will be reviewed immediately. You will receive an email shortly afterward with an update regarding the status of your request.

• All return or exchange requests must be submitted via email, clearly stating the order number and whether the request is for a refund or an exchange. This must also be mentioned in the email subject line.

Important Notes

• Shipping costs for returns or exchanges are borne by the customer.

• Processing returns and exchanges may take up to 5 business days.

• All refunds are issued exclusively through InstaPay.

• Discounted items, including bundle offers, cannot be returned.
